working (but integrated Sametime still a sidebar...)

Designer is now working. I did the following:

a) ran a tool to remove all but the current Java (from raproducts.org)

b) reset the windows perspective in designer

Now designer is working.

However the integrated Sametime is still reverting to a Sidebar application :(
